The owners live in the house themselves during the winter months, and the house is kept up to their exacting standards. Furniture includes Drexel dining table, leather sofa-bed, antique sideboard, original artwork etc. etc.

Rates for 2008 are as follows:
June: $1800.00 per week
July: $1900.00 per week
August: $1900.00 per week
There is a $100 cleaning fee for all rentals.
Booking Fee $45, Refundable Security Deposit $600
Linens for up to 8 people available for an extra charge of $95.
NOTE: Newport Beach requires an additional 10% Bed Tax. (Jun-Sep only.)
